  3. Pick a collection. Every card shows up here, matched by its exact printing.

Send it again whenever you add cards on Collectr, and the new ones go into the same collection here.

  1. Open your Collectr portfolio and pick the collection.
  2. Scroll to the bottom so every card has loaded.
  3. Press ⌘A then ⌘C (Ctrl on Windows), and paste it below.
  • Nothing is saved until you click Save
  • Private until you share it
  • Import again any time to add new cards to the same collection

Questions

Do I need Collectr Pro?
No. Collectr’s spreadsheet export is for Pro members, but copying your portfolio page works on any account, and so does the extension.
Can I do it on my phone?
Not yet. Copy and paste needs Collectr’s website on a computer, since a phone won’t select a whole page, and the extension is for Chrome on a computer.
Can I keep it up to date?
Yes. Send it again with the extension (its button says Sync once it knows your collection) or paste it again, and the review shows what’s new, which counts change, and which cards aren’t in Collectr any more. New cards go in at the end and counts are brought up to date; cards no longer there are removed only if you switch that on.
I have more than one collection on Collectr.
Pick one in Collectr, bring it over, then pick the next. Each one becomes its own collection on Illudex.
What happens to sealed products, graded cards and Japanese cards?
Graded cards come in as the card itself. Sealed products are left out, since Illudex is about cards, and so are Japanese and other non-English prints for now: Illudex has English cards only. The import tells you how many it left out.
Are my cards marked as owned?
Yes, to start with, since Collectr is where people keep what they have. Untick any card you don’t have before you save, or later on the collection.
Does Illudex see my Collectr password?
No. You copy what’s on your own screen, or the extension reads it in your own signed-in tab. Nothing is saved until you click Save, and the collection is private unless you share it.
